Dr. Joy Kennedy-O’Neill is a professor of English at Brazosport College, on the Texas Gulf Coast. She teaches composition and literature, including her class “Zombie Lit: The Bare Bones for Brains.” Her academic publications highlight the literary theory of ecocriticism (nature and environment).
Her short stories appear in various publications such as Strange Horizons, Nature, Flash Fiction Online, Daily Science Fiction, New Flash Fiction Review, New Orleans Review, and the Cimarron Review. She is a member of The Writers’ League of Texas.
